Not at all. Many of our clients prefer to give us access instructions and return to a freshly cleaned space. We respect your privacy, secure your property, and lock up when we leave.

How much do your services cost?

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, we bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment unless you request that we use your own. We come fully prepared to get the job done efficiently.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
No problem—just give us at least 24 hours’ notice. We understand that schedules can change and we do our best to accommodate you.
How do I pay for services?
We accept cash, checks, Zelle, PayPal and major digital payments. Payment is typically due upon completion or according to your service agreement.
Can I request the same cleaner each time?
Yes! We believe in building trust and consistency. We’ll do our best to assign the same cleaning professional to your account whenever possible.
Do you send reminders before appointments?
Yes, we offer convenient text reminders and updates. You can opt-in to receive these during your booking or on your intake form.
